Who can buy from Askren & Sons?
Askren & Sons is strictly wholesale and sells to the retail trade only, not to the public.
What do I need to bring with me the first time I come in?
Customers must provide proof of resale licensing before they can be considered a qualified purchasing account.
Are there any forms I need to fill out?
Customers are required to complete an Arizona Resale Certificate form and provide Askren & Sons with a copy of their resale license. All purchases are assumed to be for resale and used in the regular course of business.
Is there a minimum purchase amount?
There is no minimum purchase requirement.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Askren & Sons accepts cash, check, Visa & MasterCard as forms of payment. Terms may be available by submitting bank and business references for approval.
Can my employees come in and purchase without me?
Pre-registered buyers may authorize employees to purchase for them by supplying those names on their Resale Certificate and/or by signed note or letter accompanying the employee at time of purchase.
Can I bring my customers with me to show them new products or send them in without me?
The licensed buyer must accompany his client or customer in order for that person to gain admission to Askren & Sons. A phone call prior to that visit would be most appreciated as we find it difficult to assist with questions regarding estimates, pricing, etc.
In addition to supplying flower shops with all their floral supplies, what other types of business markets do you sell to?
Askren & Sons prides itself in providing quantity as well as quality. Our sizable inventory allows us to cater not only to the needs of florists, but also interior designers, event planners, specialty retailers.
Do I need to make an appointment for any custom floral designs or creations?
Should custom floral, tree or plant designs be required, an appointment should be scheduled with Askren’s design staff in order to avoid any potential conflicts.
Can I special order small quantities of merchandise?
Small quantity “special orders” will be evaluated upon request, and we will do our best to accommodate special needs.
What is your return policy?
Because of the nature of our business, we are constantly reordering from our suppliers to ensure an adequate supply on hand. All returns must be made within three (3) business days. No returns on ribbon, design books, or special orders!
